Not a chance. My 3yr old was very excited to see it and instantly gobbled it up! He's been desperate to be able to ferret around in the garden for strawberries!

My plants are recovering with their second batch of flowers, the first were hit by frost and turned black.
You know what?...I can smell those strawberries from here!

I am having some good success with growing 10 plants in 2 wooden window boxes under glass, I have a couple of dozen outside for later. I intend to grow a lot more under glass next year.

My strawbs are coming on,a lot of people wandering round here with confused expressions today as the sun has come out and we can take our coats off, just got to explain it to the local kids so they know what is going on, a bit like an eclipse in this area...

What variety is this? Is it under glass?
