  • Compost

My other half who doesn't know a garden from a paddock came home with a large bag of compost which I had asked him to do. The problem is he came home with a bag of eracicous compost [not what I wanted]. My question is can I use it anyway for any plants in the garden or is there anything I can add to it to turn it into 'ordinary' compost?

Cheops I found an older thread and that mentions adding lime.

If you haven't opened it I would suggest you get him to take it back
