Split Plums - What do you do with them?

After all the rain we had during this week, there were 19 plums that had split.

I've thrown them though had the afterthought of "I could have done something with those"

Been Googling, not really keen on Jam 'cos of all the sugar.

Any suggestions please ?

I was going to suggest plums in gin or vodka...but like sloe gin?
Or stew and freeze...
But then I found this site.....

Alternatively....jump on a ferry and bring them to me!
I have absolutely no plums or mirabelles at all this year
