Somehow I imagined Snadger with pots with tea bags planted to see what happened.

Green tea is dried straight off the bush, white tea is slightly fermented, oolong partially fermented and black fully fermented.

Then there' the gradings of the leaves from orange pekoe, through broken leaves, into dusts then down to fannings, which is the dust swept up off the floor and often used for teabags.

I have some Woodruff growing in a shady part of my garden. The label that came with it says that "the leaves and flowers make a delicious tea". Anyone tried it? Any brewing suggestions?

(While I'm on, a joke: Why do anarchists hate Earl Grey tea? Because all proper tea is theft.)

Not sure about tea but in Berlin I had sweet woodruff flavoured beer, which was very green and very sweet.

            .
In the episode of Border Life, they created a quick cup of green tea by wok drying tea and botanics. Think the log cabin converted to a drying room for peak production. With a corner stove.
