I have a two-year-old jostaberry which although it seems to be growing okay just simply didn’t have any fruit. I was going to prune it but after reading this thread I will just wait and hope for better next year
I have a chuckleberry and find the fruit are very similar to blackcurrants, although it fruits more prolifically than my blackcurrants, which I think possibly need more winter chill than we get here in the Southeast.
