OK I'll try to get an up date out, once they've got some fruit on them. As a small complicating factor the thorn-less ones have ended up in my new poly-tunnel, due to inept planning on my part. I'm growing an offshoot (layer) from one though, so later that can go in a more appropriate place outside.

I have just given it a real pruning before it comes into leaf in the hope of getting some regeneration and the tree not having to work as hard getting water and nutrients higher up. If this doesn't work I'll replace it next year with something else.
