Slim pickings at the plot at the moment, but took home some potatoes and parsley today.

Yesterday I picked the first PSB, a couple of twigs worth of Bay leaves and Rosemary and grabbed potatoes out of the shed.
Unfortunately I ate the PSB before I thought of taking a photo.

Todays harvest.. elephant garlic greens, rosemary, parsley, beetroot and leeks.

Similar to last week. Kale, beetroot, parsnips and leeks.

Picked this morning: Carrots, Parsnip, Leeks, Emerald Ice Kale, PSB, Spinach beet and Spring Onions, a lot of it now cooking in a veggie stew along with some stored potatoes, frozen broad beans, chillies and french beans.

Not the best specimen, but it tasted good.

Flatleaf kale and daffodils. The kale will go with a stir-fry tonight as crispy fried seaweed, the daffs'll stay in the vase
