              Tuna-Mayonaise Baked Potato

I have loads of pictures of things I've made from garden produce, and many of them include more ingredients than this one, but I just like the simplicity of it.

Potatoes (from garden), covered in olive oil and sea salt and baked for 11/2 hours.
tuna with mayonaise, sweetcorn, chives (from garden), lemon peel, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

This went on to be a veggie chilli....it was eaten long before I even thought about a final picture! It was very tasty though!
