PARSNIP ........ after weeks of OH wanting to dig up a parsnip I finally succumbed cos we'd had some frosts. I've never grown them before ........beginners luck methinks

well done I pulled my 1st ever parsnip yesterday & we had it for sunday dinner, DD says oohh this tastes of parsnip was well chuffed & theres loads more to come
