Pak choi and lettuce

Just havested a couple of pak choi rubi and red lettuce how do they look?

francesbean, they taste delicious - just like green ones. Pak Choi turns to green when stir fried, no different than green ones. Lettuce is like cos lettuce, really crunchy in salad.
