"Best Dish, Made with Own Produce" does it need to be made entirely from own produce? I think my courgette curry could be a contender. The only thing that isn't my own is the rice

Could I just say PLEASE will everyone have a go? It's just for fun, the mods put in a lot of work to do this for us so let's take part: use it or lose it, as they say.

I've stuck a copy of the categories on my fridge as a reminder to take photos before I eat my crops.

Last year our biggest was a tiddler at 7.4kg. But given that we had no grid electricity therefore no freezer and just a teeny gas beer fridge (milk, cheese, butter, wine, beer = full) we were eating that bloody squash for days and days and days. And we had friends round for dinner. And we gave loads away.

Nothing so grand this year. Phew.

There is a muck heap in a local farm where the pumpkins are big enough to stand on

Sarico, I have the courgette flowers and leaves, all I need now are the courgettes, then I'm cooking your dish too. I have been eating the male flowers after pollinating the females with them
