Quick trip, or so I thought.

Just a quick trip down the allotment this morning to get 4 or 5 beetroot, or so I thought! 45 mins and a few chats later, and I come home with these, all given to me by my plot neighbours, How nice is that.

Bren, the cucumbers are going to be pickled, some way or the other, and the rest are going to my local Chinese restaurant, to be made into stir-fries or soups, they love them, knowing they are locally grow, without the use of chemicals etc.
