Know the feeling!!
We've still got loads of muck to get into the allotment(yes- I know it's getting rather late in the season!!! ) but the mud is too boggy to push a barrow over! and the watertable has only dropped to 6" below the surface.
We usually do a bit each weekend (for 'health and safety at home regulations') but it looks like it's an all out job over Easter as I doubt it will be diggable for the next week or so. Strange how the adult kids disappear at times like that! Better get a good stock of Radox in ho-hum!

Hmmm, my back and shoulders complained quite a lot just with clearing and digging my four foot square bed... I am grossly unfit! Well, I guess all this digging will mould me into a Baywatch babe! Watch this space!
