New Potatoes, Courgettes and Wild Trout

Here is dinner tonight.
New Potatoes(Maris Piper planted very very late in April), Atena Polka and green courgettes saut�ed with soy sauce and... does the trout count? It's a wild brown trout caught in Snowdonia yesterday by my husband. Baked with butter. Mmm.
My two year old son's portion is shown too!
I finished mine but my son didn't. As usual. Pah.

Swiss chard - rainbow
Onion - turbo
Garlic - can't remember
Potato - Maris piper
Parsley & bay leaves

Not home produced :
Veg stock
Salt & pepper
Cream
Bread home made, but none of the ingredients were home produced.

Home made Rhubarb & Gooseberry jam. Contains homegrown Rhubarb & Gooseberries, plus shop bought sugar.

Layered potato and spinach.



With tomato and beetroot sauce, pea shoot, beans, agretti, fried toms, courgette puree, carrot taster, herbs. All home grown apart from the olive oil.

Stuffed Californian sweet peppers with Pentland javelin potatoes, mixed lettuce, Marketmore cuc, Shirley's toms, spring onions, radish plus pods, eaten with pickled courgettes and gluttony.
