Very well done to everybody involved entrants, voters, organizers (lady Mod's) & our sponsors at GYO magazine for hosting the forums, you all played your part.
It was great to see some entries in the Scarecrow class this year & on a personal note many thanks to the peeps who saved me from having the Fluffiest Bum for three years running

I enjoyed it all, it was just great seeing all the entries, I think anyone who grows anything edible or otherwise is a winner, even the failures are fab in my opinion! Where would the world be without us gardeners?!
Thank you to everyone, and can't wait till next years competition!
Just wanted to add my congratulations to the winners
Well done one and all - very exciting! Round of applause to all entrants and voters and a HUGE thank you to the mods for such great organisation (and to GYO mag for supporting the VVS).
Loved it, as always! Others have put it into much better words but also from me: a big thank you to everyone involved! So inspiring, exciting, funny, surprising... I'm always a bit sad when the show is over. But then of course - after the show is before the show: hopefully back next year! I look forward to it already, and until then I'll be browsing the pictures of past shows
Ok, am I going bonkers - actually don't answer that Can some old grapes just confirm please, if in previous years there have been a lack of scarecrows or do I need to go to the opticians? I feel quite sad for the lack of chook and scarecrow entries and no veggie animals (not that there is a catergory for the latter) I think the nutters have arrived this year on the banana boat tho so looking good for next year yes I am waffling
I think Scarecrows have been scarce in the past - hence my entry this year to make up the numbers.
Margo is my first ever Scarecrow. Sorry Hazel, I am just an amateur in the scarecrow game
My heartfelt congratulations to WPG, Scarlet and William D. All very deserving wins. I have already congratulated the Mods for an outstanding job but it doesn't hurt to say it again.
Also a big thank you to all the members who voted for my entries it is very much appreciated.
