Below are the 31 categories for the 2015 Virtual Vine Show! Get your cameras out guys!
(* please note there are a few changes to the class categories)
Best Funny Fruit or Veg.
Best Chillis/Peppers -one variety
Best Chillis/Peppers - collection
Three Beans, Same Variety
Longest Bean **
Three Tomatoes
Truss of Cherry Tomatoes
Any Other Item
Three Potatoes
Three Bulbs of Garlic
Three Onions/Alliums
Three Beetroot
Pair of Root Veg
Three Carrots
Most impressive Pumpkin
One Squash
Pair of Courgettes
Pair of Cucumbers
One Brassica
Three Items of Fruit
Plate of Ten Berries
Three Blooms, Any Flower
Prettiest Rose,
The Happiest Sunflower
Best Dish, Made with Own Produce
Plate of Salad
Plate of Eggs
Fluffiest Bum [chooks, not human]

***This is just for fun, presentation is informal as this is not a serious competition.***
NB "All entries must have been grown by the entrant for at least two-thirds of the life of the plant
and should have been cropped during the 2014/2015 season "

Also-
** the longest bean must have proof of length, or they will be excluded.

Classes will open soon - date to be arranged.
Closing date will be the end of September, midnight on the 30th.
Voting will take place over a period in October, dates to be agreed.
As with last year's competition, points will be awarded to 1st/2nd/3rd places and the final totals will be presented at the end of the competition.
The GYO magazine will be featuring this competition in the magazine over a series of months so your entries may actually end up in print!!
As previously, they have kindly offered to provide small prizes to the top 3 winners on 'cumulative points'
..so get in loads of piccies peeps! ( the higher quality the better- but that isn't essential)
