There would have been more on the truss but I couldn't resist as I pottered about. The big toms are added for dramatic purposes.

Tomato "Vilma" (hard to tell but the truss starts just under the metal ring - the only vaguely ripening cluster on the plant )

Smaller trusses outside than on the one inside, but the fruit is black nearly all over.

Tomatoberry. I'm addicted to the range of colours as they ripen.

                              My 2 Year Old Tomatoes

Sort of! What's so special about this truss? you might ask. Well, these are the result of the overwintering tomato experiment. The original plant was one that self seeded from compost down the plot last spring. I raised the side shoots over winter, kept pinching them hard and put them out it the yard in April to do their thing. I've had millions of fruits. They seem to be a cherry plum tomato and, as they're so nice, this is the only fairly ripe truss I have available for photographing!
