I was sent this fruiting epi late last year, with some fruit to sample. As yet, I've been unable to identify it. I think it might be a Hybrid. Thought it might have been a Harrisia SP t first, but it lacks the spines, and it's form is markedly different. The taste is extraordinary--kind of like passionfruit mixed with lychee. Firm Jelly texture. Very good fruit, probably the best epi fruit I've tried.
