Ok I'll come clean it is Pineapple broom (Cytisus battandieri) and I would do you a cutting but I don't know how succesful it would be as the ones you buy are Grafted so I don't know if this is to help control it's growth or to make it grow as I'm not 100% sure of the grafting stock. I'll try some hardwood cuttings over winter & see how they go.ntg Never be afraid to try something new.
