Just been watching some of your videos.
I noticed you said that your olives were really tasty last year.
Just wondering how you process them to make them edible?

Ha!...love to know the variety...they are known to be exceptionally bitter and inedible unless processed (due to their oleuropein content!)

I'd love to grow an olive you can eat without adding chemicals.

I will check the bush i got it from bnq buddy a year and half ago . They tasted ok to me let me chec kthe label later and get back to you

I have an olive tree which sometimes has olives, but they're teeny little things - all stone and little olive. I thought they were bitter unless processed
