This is my oven roasted marrow - before cooking top and after cooking bottom.

Home grown marrow sliced lengthways stuffed with sliced onions, shallots, my very first load of ripe tomatoes, cheese and micro greens I've grown on the windowsill.

Everything except the cheese and a dash of tomato sauce is home grown. Had it for dinner tonight and it was yummy.

LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.

This is my home grown starter of little gem and lollo rosso lettuce, carrots, beetroot, spring onions and tomatoes. It was later topped with feta cheese and a lemon/ oil dressing. It was yum!

                Spicy Pepperoni Pizza.

Made own Base, sauce with Shirley Tomatos and Basil, roasted some Sungold and Sweet Millions for the topping along with a Green Pepper first one picked, and a few Apache Chillis for the spice, just shop bought Cheese and Pepperoni.

                It was delicious.

A quick lunch on the plot, cooked over a stick fire. Courgette, kale and pak choi, pan fried with halloumi cheese (bought) and garnished with mint and nasturtium flowers.

I ate it warm from the pan with some home made chilli jam, wandering around the plot in the sunshine. Bliss.
