    dear soobeth. why mustn't you put JA's in wityh broad beans?
    do mean for cooking or for growing?

      Hi Soobeth, it's good to see you back. Your beans & potatoes look great, hope you enjoyed eating them. Your Jerusalem artichokes should be ready soon, when the tops have flowered (they don't always do that though) & the leaves start to die off. You can leave them in the ground all winter & just dig them up as you need them, try rummaging around near the roots to see if you can feel any tubers that are ready. How's the bonsai going?
