I reckon I'll email this bloke and see how much he'll sell me that many for; if its under £100, I'll probably go for it.

A bit of an extra outlay and more time to fit obviously, but the likelihood that I'll never need to do any more to the roofs once the sheets are on, outweighs the downsides for me.
Hi NickD, I found the guy in gloucester, if it the right one he has them at £10 a sheet on ebay, but he is at £7 a sheet on FB marketplace as he used the same photos. He also says can deliver for petrol hth

I used silicone and / or polytunnel tape on the cracks if I needed to, but for the most part I was able to overlay the cracked bits with the next sheet if you see what I mean. I was contemplating using wood for more of the base of the sides than I ended up doing (due to getting the job lot of pvc) - particularly on the side that was not 'sun facing' I don't think it would matter to much.
I inherited a polytunnel frame - spent £50 on the pvc and £20 on wooden battens - probably £20 on screws and such like but have something pretty sturdy. I'm not going to comment on how big it is as it (might be) bigger than regulations permit Its possibly 1.6 times bigger than the allowed 6*4 but I couldn't say for sure...

Seems I did comment but - you aiin't seen me roight...

Sounds like you've already done more or less what I'm planning to do myself, and funnily enough my large polytunnel keeps growing in length somehow - odd how that sometimes happens :-)
