I am wanting to buy a 6ft x6ft greenhouse and dont know where to start. I have looked on various websites and have decided i dont want polycarbonate, and glass probabaly seems the better option, but 3mm glass does not seem thick enough. As this will be the first time i have wanted one any advice would be welcomed, also any websites where they dont cost the earth would be good.

One bit of advice,
the glass can be bedded onto the frame by either of two methods. With long beads of preformed grey putty or a grey plastic tube that fits in a pre-formed groove in the ally casting/extrusion. Go for the latter as the former sets like poop on a blanket and you cannot shift it when you need to replace broken glass. Choice, just gorra keep looking. Cheers, Tony.Semper in Excrementem Altitvdo Solvs Varivs.

It does seem at bit of a mine field. When I bought my greenhouse my boys were small (now taller than me!) and kicked a lot of footballs in the garden so toughened glass was a must, also because it is sited near the house. I think 3mm is the toughened glass and we've never broken a pane. One has blown out in high winds and not broken.
I bought mine online through the Incredibly Sensible Greenhouse company who had the best prices at the time. I bought an Elite. It's about their smallest freestanding one but it fits in the space I had. Get the biggest you can squeeze in. Hope that's of help.

3mm if fine and as VC says ^^. Have you any idea how heavy all that glass is There's a good few older threads on here with regards to g/houses, have a gander.
To re-iterate advice given above go for the biggest you can afford and fit in. Freecycle is a good source and there have been a few people on here that I can remember getting theirs from there (myself included).Never test the depth of the water with both feet
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory....
Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.
