hi all
After being caught out by the recent weather here in devon i found myself and a friend stuck in the poring rain (monsoon style).
We took refuge in my humble shed and it was a bit tight - just enough room for 2 chairs so it was a squeeze - Due to this i decided to extend my shed - the only problem i was on a slight budget.
I put on freecycle for some bits and after a bit of luck i was tipped off about a shed that was in need of some repair
I picked it up and after scrounging some timber and some roof felt i already had i began work .
I will post pics as it shows much better what i did but as you can see i have added a bench seat and a place to hide the porta loo - using some old caravan cushions its turned out ok and i also have space of an afternoon nap lol
Hope you like the pics - more pics of inside to follow
my shed also has the following :
Gas stove and kettle
12V Radio
12 V Light
12V leisure battery
Solar panel trickle charger
Porta loo
Even got an alarm.
