The one I have has a white panel behind the bulbs to reflect light, but it only seems to be coated cardboard, nothing fancy.

Thanks Sarah, I was wondering if I would need then to add a reflector to the tubes. It's all new to me.

Yes, I think it's worth it. Those tubes are the same ones as those in the Growlight Garden thingy I just bought, and are supposed to last up to 10,000 hours, plus they're relatively inexpensive to run. After the last couple of years, I think anything that's cheap to run and brings the plants on quicker and more healthy is worth a go.

    Home Made Grow Lights

Due to lack of light at home resulting in leggy seedlings, For the last few weeks I have been thinking about making one of These

with 1, maybe 2 of These.

The time has now come to make a decision.............Do you think it is worth it?
As always, your comments are appreciated.
