When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.Comment

Much to amusement of two girl's rugby teams, I slipped and fell when coming down a grass banking
They laughed (so would I have), right up until they realised that I had hurt myself and wasn't getting up easily. Have hurt my back, my shoulder and my street cred...Quanti canicula ille in fenestra ?Comment

Sounds like a big fall. I fell orf a wheelie bin towards the end of last year. That slowed me down a bit. Just take it easy till you are mended matey. Cold frames can wait and I'll bet KCN could have a real go at making one for you
