  • Making staging out of pallets

    Has anyone done this if so any advice welcome gonna give it a bash sometime this week!

    I haven't but that's the best idea, second only to compost bins, that I've ever heard of. Just brilliant and I may get Mr VVG on this, whilst I keep planting.

              Nearly finished mine. Taking pallets apart is the hardest part. If you can use them as they come then that will save a lot of time and effort.


              Just re read, thought you meant decking lol. Never mind just see get a point of what I did using old pellets

                But if you don't have a go that's an automatic fail anyway, darcy. And don't forget to make the staging narrower than the greenhouse door, or you won't get it in

                          I just checked that thread ... I can't work out how you'd make those long transverse pieces to put the slats on, can't see the joins in the picture!

                            Nor me so my guess is that they are timber that was bought/found/surplus
