Hose Extender with Tap - Help Finding One Needed!

Hi,

I know this seems like a trivial thing to ask, but it's driving me absolutely nuts trying to find one!

I'm looking for what is effectively a garden tap on a spike, which can be semi-permanently installed at the bottom of the garden - this tap would be fed via a hose from the main garden tap at the house.

Not sure if that's clear, but I've seen them online before, however I just can't see one for love nor money now - is anyone able to point me towards one online??
