    Yep it sounds hard but and it's a BIG BUT, you can't be to careful when working with the public in their own homes.

    Like you I had a bad experience some years back and it stays with you and makes you very careful. To this day I have properties where neither I or my men go on our own always at least two.

      My ponds about 5ft deep in the middle and I patched a fist sized hole in the bottom with a butyl offcut and joining tape it's still holding 5years on
