Busy bank holiday building :)

Have had a pretty busy few days. Took son (to be my muscle!) to the local diy store. Bought concrete slabs and cls (wood to the uninitiated!) and other paraphernalia to go with an old garage work table I'd been given. Put it all together and made - a potting bench! What do you think? Am very grubby and covered in un-wash-offable wood stain and so am off for a lengthy shower - Tired but very happy at our achievement

nice one. thats proper gonna get some good usage!! tiny bit of advice please dont take it bad..the diagonal wood on the top half would be better if it went unparralel to the bottom diagonal one which would make your structuer stronger.

Bretty - not offended! We've screwed it to the fence behind and, at some point, we're going to put sides on it (thinking clear perspex) so it should be ok. The actual table is made of the chunkiest wood ever, it'd take a strong man to move it!
