My lawn-mower doesn't put stripes on the lawn. I don't particularly want one that puts stripes on the lawn as, if the stripes aren't straight, it means I'd have to go over the lawn again to correct them. Hard work. I've thought about converting an old lawn spiker/aerator by removing the spikes and adding a stiff rubber blade at the back so I could wheel in some stripes whenever I want them. I know it's just about the end of lawn mowing season now but has anyone made one?

Just buy a lawnmower with a rear mounted roller. Or roll the lawn afterwards. My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)
