What type do I need, I know its the one with the metal round the red, brown and green wires inside then the black wire. Its to create an extention for my heater in the greenhouse.

The IEE regulation that applies here states that unless you are qualified to test AND certify the work done, it is illegal to work on/connect to any outbuilding, the same ruling applies to any work done (new installation or remedial) on the exterior of a building. &/or in the kitchen, &/or in the bathroom.
Please, please, please, be electrically safe, look for a company who are Part P certified or a sparky who can self certify, either of which will after connection & testing give you a certificate of compliance, without it you will have no legal redress should (heavens forbid) anything untoward happen, without it your household insurance may well be invalid in the affected areas.
