Can anyone recommend a rain water diverter to a water butt which will fit a 110mm down pipe?

Don't know if this is what you are looking for, they are quite expensive as rainwater is normally diverted from a 68mm downpipe.

He is here................
Dependant on what the RWP is serving I would be careful about trying to reducing its diameter.
A normal house would have 68mm as standard and plumbers being plumbers (tight) they usually wouldn't fit 110mm unless it was necessary, it may of course have been installed by an amateur who did not know the difference. 110mm is usually reserved for large roof areas, even a row of terrace housing would only have 68mm. The obvious danger of reducing the diameter of the RWP is that during heavy rain the gutters could well over spill causing damage to the fabric of the building.
At this time I know of no reducers for RWP down pipe, the one suggested from Wickes is a drain adaptor and made to be fitted in the horizontal position not on a vertical down pipe. Its actual function is to connect a 68mm downpipe to a 110mm drain.
With more info and maybe a picture or two I maybe be able to think of something that would work properly.Potty by name Potty by nature.

Cheers Potty.............For some strange reason I had a vision of a water butt being connected to the stench pipe................sigpic“Gorillas are very intelligent, but they don't have to be as delicate as chimps -- they can just smash open the termite nest,”

Me being pedantic must try to put you right there.
You might manage to connect to the stench pipe on a bungalow but on anything else you might need some pretty serious staging to stand the water butt on. The 'soil' pipe only becomes a 'stench' pipe after the last inlet into the soil 'stack'. Therefore with an upstairs bathroom/WC the 'stench' pipe starts at first floor level
I'll go back in my cupboard now.............Potty by name Potty by nature.
