Can't believe so many people are shedless! Or is it a man-cave thing?

Please note, as I no longer own this shed I've decided I shouldn't have entered it into the comp and have withdrawn it, but I'm leaving it here to serve as inspiration to others.

Hope you don't mind but here's a trip down memory lane to my very first shed on my first allotment. Hopefully it will make others feel more positive about their sheds.

              It had a work area

              and an indoor growing area

and a view from the back

You always remember your first shed. But I've moved on.

And things have gone downhill from there

I had a scout around for a piccie of my first shed which I am sure I put on here some years ago. The only piccie i could find was of the inside which was way too neat for me.

Even had a colour coded planting plan on the right!

I have always had a thing for Norma Jean.

Maybe the title of thread should have been first shed!

I am NOT entering this shed in the comp, even if I find the piccie!

                      Tea Shed

This is my tea shed. Vital statistics 9'6" x 7'6" it's made from various oddments, most of them second hand. Grey paint was recently mixed from old tins of cream and black and some soot added to dull the gloss.
Carpet tiles and lining panels were from Freecycle.

                        Tool shed with barn

8x6 tool shed with 8x8 attached open barn.
When we moved onto our allotment the shed was in such a bad way we were advised to burn it. Repairs to the shed and construction of the barn used only donated and bartered timber.
The two steel shelves in the barn make a handy work area and keep milk cool in summer.

You lot who haven't got a shed should be ashamed of yourselves. You've still got loads of time to make one though!
Having said that, I'm glad with the turnout at this early stage and look forward to others entering as well!
