      Is the whole floor going to be concrete or just the surround? Either way, levellling shouldn't be a problem. Knock wooden stakes in to the soil and level between these first. Work from the back to the front, levelling concrete to the stakes as you go, then pull out the stakes and fill. You don't need a mate.................. simples!

        Exactly how I did mine, just left a foot between the fence and the GH so I could lift out the fence panels for maintenance.
