Maybe not the right forum but am looking for ideas, inspirations about our forthcoming Patio project...
So first thing we need to decide is this..
The wall bordering the patio will have a natural stone exterior (same stone as is used on parts of the house) but not on the inside finish..Herself had envisaged a plaster finish but I think a plaster finish (although painted) will look somewhat cold...
We plan on sitting on this wall too, so it may be relatively high/tall when you account for some back support; so we are looking for ideas for the finish as seen from inside the patio...
One obvious one I suppose is to clad the block finish with wood but not so sure about this as it maybe "too much going on" apparently
any thoughts ?
