I have the KH1135 model - On-Off with manual Thermostat. (There is a digital one - popular with home brew people)


Anyway my canner has stopped working. I can hear the stat click, but no power to element. Has anyone else got one and had to repair it.


I was thinking of using the ITC1000 to control it if it is just the stat. Can then be used for a rolling boil for brewing. I have a stainless steel food grade probe
