Yeah its a council one. Was used as a builders yard for 6 years. The coucil dont care in Wigan. He's let me off with 12 months & given me a skip. Thing is ive waited 16 years for this

They won't know about the tarmac I suspect. I'd be for clearing the soil off that part and asking the Council either to remove the tarmac or treat your plot as a half instead of a whole or a third instead of a half if you follow my drift. Oh and if they do agree to remove the tarmac, get them to deliver some decent top soil

Wigan council won’t shift their own a**** never mind the Tarmac.... sadly they’ll be all day laughing at the request

Its a drive, lol. Its next to 2 garage footings. So he has obviously parked his van there. Its on a slight slope aswell.......
We dont have pics of the bit where the drive is but we have of what we have done so far. I need them to keep motivated 😁 thanks everyone for you feedback. Ive got some ideas now to take forward x
