Looking good, but I'm not sure the potting on stage is really necessary - if they were mine I'd be looking to get them in the ground fairly soon - if its cold in your neck of the woods perhaps putting down some plastic cover over the soil for a couple of days to warm the ground up a bit.

Cold weather won't kill them but it will slow the growth down - on the other hand if peas get their roots down in to the soil at his stage of growth, especially when the soil is fairly wet, you ultimately get better plants and more peas - bit hard to be definite, as there is also the risk of slugs, mice and other pests once they are outside - perhaps try a few plants out in the soil and see how they go first ? and in the meantime sow a few more for growing on now - you never have too many peas.
Happy gardening - Nick
