Hi, Does anybody know if i remove all the foliage & stem from wild garlic and just plant the bulbs will they grow back next year or just rot?
The reason I ask is i'm wanting to send some plants from my woodland garden to some friends but they're way to big to post as is.
So If I dig them and cut everything off to soil level (I can use the leaves and flowers for cooking). Will the remaining bulb and root system survive once planted and come back next year for my friends?
Thanks
