Strawberry Alexandria seed help

Hello All,

Popped a few Alexandria Strawberry seeds must be about a month ago now.
They raised there little heads and that is all, any ideas?
Have they stalled? or died? v

My other toms and chills planted at the same time as seen on photos have grown.
