Early tomato flower

Hi,

Just a quick question about tomatoes.

My plants are all growing well, helped by the recent weather. I have just noticed that some plants have buds at the top of the plants.
It seems early in the year for them to be flowering/fruiting. What should I do with these early flowers? Just leave or remove?

The plants are around 12-18inches tall and different varieties (tigerella, honeybee and black cherry).

Any advice re this and other tomato related advice is most welcome.

If they are already planted in their final position, or will be within the next week or so, then just leave them.
If you won't be planting them for some time yet, they it may be best to remove them, as a tomato plant in a small pot won't be able to support fruit.

Thanks. I just repotted them into bigger pots today so hopefully they should be ok.

Colonel, ad you have reported them they should be fine.
If the storm is a bit spindly you could support it with a bamboo cane.
Mine are in their final pots and some have tomatoes on.
