    Hi all,

Been an allotment holder for just over a year now , took over the plot when it was all overgrown it is five rods in size ??? The size was originally overwhelming but the wife helped and between us we knocked it into shape. started to read grow your own magazine , have now put in raised beds and looking forward to a much more successful growing year this year. last year we managed to grow spuds , lettuce, carrots, peas, and brussels. all with a certain degree of success. The tastes are amazing and the satisfaction or harvesting the crops is so rewarding . we are well and truly hooked....

Anyway we have now finally joined this forum as another form of inspiration !!
