    • Hi Martha, one question that's bugged me for years now - do you say MarthaclemAYtis or MarthaclemARtis or is it just one of those things that you can say either way.

      • Cos I am Dobby! Mrs D still wont give me clothes, thats why she says 'garden naked put some colour in your cheeks!'
so I'm not telling you where the plot is
Some things in their natural state have the most VIVID colors

        • Mine is my name, in a kind of shorthand!
Sarz is short for Sarah, it's what my OH calls me (Sarz rhymes with Stairs).

The good is from Goodison park where Everton play so no need to say what football team I support and the saint is because I am a big fan of ST Helens rugby league club.

                    • Snuff

Yes indeed Nog, there are still some of us snuff takers out here. I have not smoked since I was sixteen (gave up just as I was legaly allowed to start). At least when I'm enjoying my chosen method of absorbing nicotine I don't force all those around me to partake at the same time. No such thing as passive snuff taking. I can't resist a little smug smirk when I see all the smokers huddled together,in the rain, out side our local. Snuff can be enjoyed in the warm and dry.

                      • Shirl cos it is my name (though I can't abide having my name shortened in real life) and 'the girl' coz Shirley can be a blokes name or a surname.

Madmax got his nickname years ago when some of his workmates decided that only Madmax drove a noisy black beast of a car.... His name is not Max but he is way sexier (to me anyhoo) than Mel Gibson

                          • Nice avatar, Floozy!

Mine is because when I joined, I was thinking about seeking help for my obsession with the slimy critters. I lob them as far as my girlie arms can throw, across the crop field behind my house (where they all came from in the first place, no doubt!). However, I've Nemaslugged now, so might change it, depending on the outcome of that!

                            • i occassionally wish i'd been a bit more inspired when i chose mine.. was too concerned about getting advice on dealling with the scary brambles at the time to think of a cool nickname so it's just my name
                              I have a dream:
a dream that, one day, chickens can cross roads without having their motives questioned.
