Hello Celtic Bill - good to have you aboard!

What are you planning on growing? Allotment or garden? Greenhouse or not? We are nosey here.....!

I have had an allotment for 3 years but because of work commitments , have not put the time i needed in to it . But this year i have promised more commitment . The only obvious thing i will not be growing is potatoes , only due to lack of space , but i will do at home in buckets .

Welcome CB. Rest assured the domain of the silly question is mine and mine alone, thus nothing you will say could possibly be as daft as some of the ones I've said.
Always been given an answer though, and no overt laughing.....yet

Hello and welcome celticbill You will find many of us asking daft questions here (self included) but happily, also lots of helpful and friendly replies!

I spent a happy year in Clacton in my early twenties - found it altogether nicer than it's reputation
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

I only ever seem to ask silly questions but no one rolls their eyes as far as I can tell!

Very friendly bunch who were all new once.

Hi Celticbill - welcome to the grapevine. We rather like daft questions. If we know the answer, it makes us feel clever!
