Help Needed

Hi All

i posted a thread about a week ago about my first seedlings Tomatoes I've got them on my windowsill in a propagator but over the last 2-3 days theve gone bloody mad and grown like buggery and my propagators only of a small hight about 2-3inches and there almost touching the top should i leave the lid off or transplant them into a bigger propagator

I don't want to kill them because there my first ever plants

Oh, I think you are supposed to take the lid off when they show through but I am not certain. If you have them in the house, they should be okay with the lid off.

Yeah, definately leave the lid off. If they're in the house, they shouldn't need any extra heat at all during the day, & only a bit at night if your heating goes off overnight. The important thing is to get them as much light as possible, so they aren't stre-e-tching!
