    Hi
    I think I over enthusiastically sowed our bright lights chard and need to thin it out. The thinnings will be quite substantial so I would like to use them. Are they best in a stir fry or do any of you have any better ideas?

    Ooh yum - stir fry every time!

      If they are small baby leaves treat them like spinach. There is no need to remove the stem just quickly fry in butter and garlic.
