I have some flower plants growing in multi-cells at the moment, but they will shortly have to be potted on. What type of potting mediums does everyone out there use for this task?

I use multipurpose too. The main reason is that I don't have storage room for a variety of composts or for the ingredients to make my own mixes.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

At the mo you can buy square fibre (ie not peat) pots at Wilkinsons for £1.99. As they are square you can fit a lot of them onto one tray and they might be ideal for you to pot your seedlings on to as you can plant them straight into your garden with no root disturbance. We've got through four packets already!
