    do you pinch out tumbling toms,in the same way you do normal toms

      Tumbling Tom is a bush type (determinate) tomato so you don't need to pinch out the side shoots. You could try pinching but you'll wear yourself out far too many!

        No, don't pinch them out. You will get a very small plant and a very small crop if you do.

        They are multi-branching - many of the side shoots will go on to produce flowers and fruit. Leave well alone, just remove any yellowing leaves or stalks as the plants get older.

            You could try stopping them in late summer though to encourage the last fruits to ripen.
            Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

              You would have to keep doing it - you can't just "stop" them... they always find a way.

              Until you chop them up, that is
